ก่อนอื่น เรามาดูตัวย่อกันก่อนค่ะ
- S. ย่อมาจาก Subject (ประธาน)
- V. ย่อมาจาก Verb (กริยา)
- Vinf ย่อมาจาก Verb Infinitive (กริยารูปพื้นฐานที่ไม่เปลี่ยนรูป)
* หรือพูดง่าย ๆ ก็คือ V1 ที่ไม่เติม s,es,ing หรือ ed นั่นเอง
- Wh. คือ Question Word ประโยคคำถามที่ขึ้นต้นด้วย Wh
เช่น what, where, when, why, whose, whom, what time เป็นต้น
ต่อมา มาดูความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประธานกับคำกริยาช่วยกันค่ะ
- ประธาน He, She, It และเอกพจน์ (หนึ่งสิ่ง, อย่าง, ตัว) ใช้ does และ doesn't
- ประธาน I, You, We, They และพหูพจน์ใช้ do และ don't
เมื่อรู้ตัวย่อและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประธานกับกริยาแล้ว
เราก็มาเริ่มโครงสร้างของแต่ละประโยคกันเลย
✿ ประโยคบอกเล่า (Affirmative)
S. + V1 (s,es)
* คำกริยาจะเติม s,es ก็ต่อเมื่อประธานเป็น He, She, It และเอกพจน์ (หนึ่งสิ่ง, อย่าง, ตัว)
** ประธาน I, You, We, They และพหูพจน์ ให้ใช้ V1 รูปธรรมดา ไม่ต้องเติม s,es ค่ะ
Examples :
I eat breakfast every day.
She always eats salad for dinner.
Josh washes his car once a month.
✿ ประโยคปฏิเสธ (Negative)
S. + don't/doesn't + Vinf
Examples :
They don't drink coffee.
He doesn't like cats.
My friend doesn't drive a car to work.
✿ ประโยคคำถามที่ตอบได้แค่ ใช่ กับ ไม่ใช่ (Yes, No Question)
Do/Does + S. + Vinf ?
Yes, S. + do/does.
No, S. + don't/doesn't.
ลองสังเกตดูนะคะ คำถามประเภทนี้ ถ้าข้างหน้าถามอะไร ข้างหลังให้ตอบแบบนั้น
เช่น ข้างหน้าถาม Do เวลาตอบ ก็ตอบ do หรือ don't
ข้างหน้าถาม Does เวลาตอบ ก็ตอบ does หรือ doesn't
Examples :
Do you study every night? - Yes, I do. / No, I don't.
Does she do the laundry on weekends? - Yes, she does. / No, she doesn't.
Do your sisters go to school on time? - Yes, they do. / No, they don't.
✿ ประโยคคำถามที่ต้องการข้อมูล (Information Question)
Wh./How + do/does + S. + Vinf ?
* ให้ใช้โครงสร้างประโยคบอกเล่าตอบนะคะ
Examples :
What time do you usually get up in the morning? - I usually get up at 7 o'clock.
Who does he live with? - He lives with his parents.
How does she go to work? - She goes to work by bus.
เมื่ออ่านมาถึงตรงนี้ เราก็ได้โครงสร้างครบหมดแล้ว ทั้งประโยคบอกเล่า, ปฏิเสธ, และคำถาม
แต่บางท่านที่อ่านมา ก็อาจจะมีคำถามค้างคาใจว่า เอ้า .. แล้วการเติม s, es เนี่ยมันเติมยังไง
กริยาตัวไหนเติม s กริยาตัวไหนเติม es ทำไมไม่เขียนบอก ไม่ต้องกังวลนะคะ
เพราะใน EP.3 พลอยจะพูดเรื่องกฎการเติม s,es ท้ายคำกริยาค่ะ รอติดตามกันด้วยนะคะ ❤
